Defective Returns: Items that are damaged, unusable upon arrival, or contain material/workmanship defects are eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required for all returns.
The Return Process
Please follow these steps to ensure your refund is processed smoothly:
Submit Request email: info@adoreshome.com within the calendar days window, including your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the item is defective.
Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further shipping instructions.
Shipping: All returns must be shipped to our U.S. fulfillment center. Do not send products back without a valid RMA number.

Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
Defective or Error Returns: If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error made by Adoreshome, Adoreshome will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Non-Defective Returns (e.g., Buyer's Remorse): If the return is due to a customer's personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned package is signed for and inspected at our U.S. fulfillment center, the refund process will begin:
Inspection: We will complete the product inspection within 3-5 business days of receiving the package.
Refund Issue: Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment account within 14 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the package has not entered the shipping process (typically within 2 business days of placing the order). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the standard return process.
